Breathing deep is good for you. But can you breathe too deeply?

Breathing deeper naturally means a restful and relaxed breathing. Not a large deep breath. You can’t maintain breathing too deeply.

Training your breathing to be relaxed, circular and deep is essential for stress relief and good health. It is a matter of changing the resting breathing rate so that it slows and deepens.
