Stress is classed as a normal part of life. True... stress is constantly there, but how you cope with stress is the important factor. If you fail to cope with stress, then you will bury it in your body and mind... creating the many ill effects of stress. Stresses around you can be physical, emotional, mental, energetic, environmental... and the list goes on. Each type of stress can knock you around and then a symptom of stress will develop. Where the symptom develops is determined by your level of health, your ability to de-stress and your levels of physical and emotional energy. Now don't get me wrong, there is good stress and bad stress. Some stress actually has a positive effect on you, which can help you in many ways. The majority of stress has a negative effect, this type of stress then creates your ill health. Stress is individualIf you have poor coping mechanisms then stress becomes a problem. Once stress gets to certain levels then you change ...physically, mentally and behaviorally. Your body suffers and health deteriorates.
