Each of you looks at stress differently. You have learnt to cope and deal with stress by observing your parents, teachers, friends and also through the various challenges in your lives. If you can learn well then stress creates less problems.

If you have poor coping mechanisms then stress becomes a problem. Once stress gets to certain levels then you change ...physically, mentally and behaviorally. Your body suffers and health deteriorates.

Stress can affect you short-term or long-term. It is the long term or chronic stresses that are worst. This longer term stress is harmful as it changes your body in many ways...

The effects of stress are numerous and varied. Dealing with all types of stress is the key to good health, high energy and a stress-free life.

Men and women deal with stress differently and the effects of stress are therefore different too. Children are assumed to have no stress ... this is not true. They get stress from their parents, school, friends and within themselves.
