- the saying 'stress rides on your shoulders' is true. Muscles tighten; our spine tires and we get aches and pains.
- Your respiratory system
- infections can be created, asthma and other breathing difficulties, oxygen levels drop which can lead to fatigue
- major health problems
- prolonged stress which is not dealt with will eventually lead to life threatening illness... diabetes, heart disease, cancers, strokes, and dementias have all been linked to stress
The health effects of stress can be minor or severe. Yes stress can kill you ... just slowly.
Most of you go through life completely unaware stress is causing you grief ... until it is too late. And then ...
