Are you Healthy?


Most of you believe you are healthy because at present you are feeling no pain or discomfort. Yet you are aware of people who have been given a clean bill of health only to die shortly after from some health problem. They had been told they were as strong as an ox, the heart of a lion, or as fit as a twenty year old.

Yet they still died unexpectedly. There health was not as good as they had wished, why did they not survive?

Are you healthy?

If you only rely on the amount or severity of symptoms you are experiencing, then you will not know if you are healthy or not.

You can feel good today yet wake up tomorrow coughing and sneezing. You can feel good now and in a few minutes lift something and feel back pain. You can get that clean bill of health today and then have a heart attack tomorrow.

Health is your body and mind working perfectly well ... you are then Symptom free and healthy; not just symptom free.

So …

If you have any pain or discomfort, feel a small amount of fatigue or stress, have a digestion that is not ideal, allergies, infections etc … your health is not ideal.

If you are pain and discomfort free, feel great … you may still be unhealthy.

How can you measure your health?

Health is measured by two ways:

  1. Form a Track Record

    • See your medical doctor on a regular yearly or two yearly visit, whether you feel good or not.
    • Ask to have your blood pressure, blood counts and urine analysis checked. Also any other general health test such as heart rhythm etc performed.

    If your blood pressure goes up or blood count changes it means your health is changing … for the worse. You will however have had the earliest detection possible and can then deal with it now. Health will improve and the problems removed.

    Also if these health tests improve (which they should if you learn to be healthy) you can see that you are actually improving in your health and less likely to become ill, rundown or unwell.

    Forming a track record is one ideal way to see if you health is changing, and if it is changing for the worse … you can deal with the causes early.


  2. Improve your Health Naturally

    • Now nothing against medicine, but medicine is disease care not health care.
    • If your health is high, there is no pill, surgery or anything medicine can do to keep you that way.
    • Health is the domain of you learning ways to look after yourself. Using techniques that promote health, which supplements are best, what diet is better and how should you exercise for best results. Many different ways to become healthy and stay healthy.


How can you Improve your Health?

You need to use self-help health techniques that deal with your entire health.

Techniques that stimulate your organs to function correctly, to remove stress and boost energy. You need to know ways to stop aches and pains when they happen because after all you are not bullet proof. Learn to boost your immune system, to improve digestion and generally become healthy.

You will not always look after your self well, minor health problems will always therefore happen. So you need to know how to help yourself remove health problems, who you should see in these circumstances and when is it serious enough where you need medical help.

However, you need to know that your health is good and always getting better.

You do this by forming the Track Record and by using techniques (not just one) to constantly improve your health.

There is a saying ‘with age comes wisdom’.

You should age and become wiser mentally and in your health. Hence your health should get better with time. You can only achieve this by learning to look after yourself. Using techniques that improve your health; without taking time away from family and friends.

You also need a track record to show your health is improving … peace of mind comes from knowing you are healthy not wishing you were.
