Learning Meditation

Finally ... you can now meditate in just minutes each day


Learning meditation but thought it was a hard and laborius task? Did you think you need to meditate for a hour or more to get the benefits? Wouldn't it be easier to just meditate for 5 minutes each day?

Meditating techniques can be confusing at times. There are CD's to listen to, books to buy, special equipment to use. But you only have a few minutes each day to spare. So is meditation for you?

You may believe it is an Eastern art used by Yogis, Buddhist Monks and various other Eastern Mystics. Don’t be fooled into this view.

Meditation is as much part of the West as it is of the East. So what is meditation and why is it so good for you?


Is meditation a mystical experience, where you travel to different worlds? Does it change your views on life and make you want to give up all your worldly possessions?


Simply put. No!


I have been meditating for almost 20 years. I have never had a mystical experience; I haven’t sold all my worldly possessions or moved into a cave. I drive my car, live in a nice house, watch TV, play sport and even drink alcohol.

Meditation has been distorted in many ways. The view of a lot of people is that meditation is mystical, magical or religious. It is actually none of these. It is a way to reduce stress, calm and quiet the mind, increase your energy and improve your health.

The main drive of meditation is to make your mind … quiet, calm and relaxed.


Achieving this allows all the benefits of good health, great energy and a happier and longer life.

All these benefits are documented from both research and anecdotal evidence.

In my own personal journey, I have explored many meditating techniques. I run a busy health practice and have always wanted to improve my total health and well-being. I want to help my patients achieve the same great health and well-being.

As part of my quest, meditation has become a key interest.

I am a very research minded person. I want to know the best and easiest ways to get the health I want … including using meditation. I read books on how to meditate for beginners, through to the very deep and complex techniques.

From all my research, one underlying theme arose…


Learning meditation should be simple and easy


The reason is simple.

You, like me, are under stress. From work stress, you have to deal with all the pressures of family life, and have numerous activities to perform. The chores at home through to the deadlines at work. All of these require precious time to complete.

To spend hours meditating, using techniques that are hard to do and waiting for a mystical experience, just isn’t what you or I are wanting.


You want a simple technique to do. One that reduces your stress and gives you more time ... more time for your children, your social and leisure life. More quality time


Can meditation do this?


I will show you a common sense and easy to understand approach to meditation. No mystical or magical promises. You don’t have to sell all you own or go live in a cave. Meditation benefits your health and life in general.
