Meditating Tips
Now you can learn how to meditate like a Monk ... without the years of practice!
Meditating Tips? Is there a secret to learn, a hidden gem that allows you to gain all the benefits of meditating without spending years practicing?
The answer is simple ... yes!
You do not need to spend hours each day meditating. You do not need years of practice to gain the benefits. You can learn to meditate in just minutes ... easily.
So ... you have decided to learn how to meditate. You want all the secrets and all the meditating tips. What you want to know is …
- What is the best way to meditate?
- Which meditating techniques are easiest?
- Is there a ‘how to meditate’ guide?
And probably many more questions.
Meditation is and always will be simple. It is used to quiet and calm the mind.
And the tips ...
There are a few baisc tips to follow, just to make meditating easier. And they are ...
Be comfortable
- Sit or lie down to meditate, these are the two positions. Sitting is better as you tend not to fall asleep.
Wear comfortable Clothing
- Restricted clothes prevent you from relaxing easily
Crawl before you walk
- Practice not thinking during the day to help learn to quiet and calm your mind. Do this while driving, walking or relaxing. A simple process that does take time. You live in a hectic, chaotic and stressful world (probably why you are learning meditation). You need to learn to calm your mind in a step by step process … the first step is
quieting the mind
consciously.
Use a CD or tape to start with
- Guided meditations are an easy how to meditate approach. They teach you to relax physically and mentally, and teach you various meditating techniques.
- Once you master these you can go ‘freestyle’. Meditating without music or sound wave technology.
Meditate for as long as YOU want
- Don’t buy into the ‘it must be one hour in the morning and night’ rubbish.
- I meditate for 10-15 minutes once a day. Occasionally I meditate longer or twice a day. As you master meditating, you will find the best time and place for you. It will fit your time schedules for your family life, work and leisure times as well.
Don’t worry, it gets easier
- When you initially are learning meditation, you may feel uncomfortable, fidget, yawn or fall asleep. These are common experiences and will pass with time. Plan to meditate for years, that way a few weeks or a month or two of this unsettledness (which will be minor, and it won’t happen every time you meditate) will seem like a small amount of time. Just persevere with your meditating.
Use techniques for You
- There are countless ways how to meditate. Find a technique you think you will enjoy. Use it and if you enjoy it, keep using it. You may change the technique later as you wish.
- If you don’t enjoy it, find another. There will be one out there for you, which is easy, simple and fun. The easier the better.
And advice from an expert ...
So what is best, which is quickest or easiest? Well from my viewpoint which comes from years of meditating and the extensive knowledge I have in this area is as follows ...
My best meditating tips are ...
-
– the best on the market as you learn to meditate and can apply it as you see fit. CD’s or tapes initially, as you learn more you can meditate without the CD’s.
-
Centerpoint
– the Holosync process puts you into the meditative state, even if you fall asleep. You don’t learn to meditate, so you always are using the CD’s. You still get the benefits of meditating and there are programs for numerous goals.
-
– mudra is hand yoga. Positions you place your hands or fingers in, to focus your meditation. You can use mudra for meditation, health, abundance, peace, intuition, creativity or whatever. You need to know how to meditate first, which you learn with the technique. The mudras help to accelerate your meditation benefits. Like Silva you learn to meditate so you can use it un-aided.
So some simple meditating tips for you to follow. Basically, learning mediation should be easy and fun (this is one of the best meditating tips). Making it hard, difficult or laborious is against what meditation stands for.
The best meditating tips are … use a technique for you … use it regularly … gain all the benefits learning meditation has to offer … relax and enjoy … pure and simple.
Finally ... the best way to eliminate anxiety, depression and stress is revealed ...
