This is only a few of the symptoms that can be created for each organ system. But as you can see the various stresses lead to various physical symptoms, as well as creating emotional change in the body.
The heart deals with the suppression of stress (laughing outside - crying inside), which is why men die more of heart disease than women. Men don't express or deal with stress well. The male image of being strong will lead to serious health problems, unless they learn to deal with stress better.
This eastern view of the physical symptom of stress helps you see why you all deal with stress differently. If you handle anger and frustration well, then your related organs do better.
If there is less pressure at work, home or life in general, if you learn to deal with stress better life will be healthier. Less stress means less physical and emotional health problems.
