So you want to exercise and eliminate stress ... are you exercising correctly or not?


Relieving stress by exercise is simple...if you know how to exercise, when to exercise and what type of exercise is best. Becoming stress free is easy when you apply a few easy and simple rules when you exercise...

Relieving stress by exercise is a matter of working out the best exercise for you. You will read many articles, books and magazines on why certain exercises are best. But does this mean they are best for you?


The Best Exercise is the most enjoyable

To relieve stress you must do an activity that is enjoyable. If it isn't enjoyable, no matter how often you exercise, it will increase your stress not reduce it.

So which exercise is best?

The exercise you most enjoy. Don't run unless you love it, walk instead. Don't like to walk, then cycle, swim, play golf or whatever. Do an activity that you enjoy … or why do it?

If you feel you can't maintain the level you have set. Change the amount, the timeframe or the exercise. Then you should be able to use the exercise to gain the stress-free and healthy life you want. Just make exercise a habit that you enjoy.

You are able to add other stress relief techniques into your exercise routine. There are many ways you can increase the anti-stress and health promoting benefits. Using stress relief techniques while you exercise enhances the experience. The enjoyment, health and stress benefits can increase dramatically.
