Exercise or Excersize?The activity you choose must become a habit. Exercising today and then not for a few weeks, will not build up resistance to stress or improve your health. It is the regular activity over a period of time that creates the benefits. Don't expect to feel fit, healthy or stress free after a couple of days, or even a couple of weeks. It may take a month or two to gain the benefits. But exercise should be a plan you put in place to do now, but also for years and decade to come. If you feel you can't maintain the level you have set. Change the amount, the timeframe or the exercise. Then you should be able to use the exercise to gain the stress-free and healthy life you want. Just make exercise a habit that you enjoy. What should You Do?You are able to add other stress relief techniques into your exercise routine. There are many ways you can increase the anti-stress and health promoting benefits. Using stress relief techniques while you exercise enhances the experience. The enjoyment, health and stress benefits can increase dramatically. So relieving stress by exercise is simple, just use enjoyable exercise, exercise that fits your stress needs. Add other techniques to your exercise routine and watch as your stress levels fade, health improves and life becomes more enjoyable and happy.
