Stress Relief is essential today. Stress is the #1 killer today. You hear this all the time in the media and you can see it happening in your work place and neighborhood. Stress reduces your body’s ability to function well, this leads to the many diseases you see today.

Heart disease, Strokes, Cancers and many other life threatening diseases have been attributed to stress.

You live in a world where the pressures and stresses are increasing. There are more deadlines at work, more stress on the television, commercial pressures at home, relationships issues and many other stresses.

These are the stresses you may be aware of. There are also numerous hidden stresses you discount as being harmless. Yet all of them eat away at your energy reserves, raise your stress levels and eventually cause health problems.

Removing, preventing and repelling stress can be easy and it can happen quickly.




The Solution to Stress

Through thousands of consultations, years of practice I have seen patients suffer from stress and the ill-effects it causes. I have used countless techniques in search of ways to help my patients remove stress and restore their energy levels and vitality to where it is needed.

Through this search I have discovered a very important fact...

Everyone responds differently and reacts differently.

Not a huge brain wave by most peoples standards. But a big revelation. Why?


Because in the internet world there are many ‘one size fits all’ approaches to stress relief. Well they will work for some, but not for many.

  • be quick in action (nobody wants to wait weeks or months to feel the benefits)
  • simple to do (complicated tasks are not going to last, you won’t continue doing them)
  • take little time to do (again, if they take too long to do, you won’t maintain doing them, hence no long term benefit)
  • multi-benefits (stress relief should not just reduce stress, it needs to increase energy and vitality, and importantly improve your overall health)

Can you reverse the effects of stress?

Stress has been around you for years, even as a child. Yet you were probably unaware of it affecting you. These years of stress has eaten away at many functions of your body.


Where today you have accepted that … it is my age … or everyone is tired … or nobody can beat stress.

These beliefs have come about because of stress changing your thought patterns.

Stresses become a habit, and with habits we change our viewpoint on life. Reversing the effects of stress requires time. Not much time, 31 days to be exact...

It takes 31 days for a habit to form, not 31 days to see results. But 31 days to make a significant and permanent change. Complete permanent change takes a complete year, 365 days.

This is why stress relief techniques need to fit the guidelines above, especially the easy to do and taking little time to do. And we are talking minutes here, not hours.
