Study, Students and Stress ...

How much stress do you want?


The health of students and stress relief for students is always an issue. An issue for students themselves, but also their parents, partners and teachers. Life for Students and stresses around them, are getting worse in today's world.

Not only are there the constant pressures from studies, there is also the changing world we live in. Children are now living in a world full of electronic devices.

These devices don't create harm, but what they do is stimulate the brain. Add this to the study workloads which also stimulate the brain. All brain activity requires energy to process any new information ... over-stimulation to the brain will lower your energy levels.


The more time children, adolescents, and young adults spend in front of television, computers or console games, the more their energy drops. If energy drops for students and stress increases then health decreases.

This then creates more infections, reduces the brains ability to understand, comprehend and remember facts and figures. Life in front of a screen is not ideal; you need balance of inside and outside activities. A balance allows student life to be easier.




The big issue for students and stress they suffer from is study itself. I was once told many years ago to ...


Study Smart not hard.


When I was told this I thought it was a wasted phrase. I didn't know what they meant or how to study smart. Nobody had told me how.

What is the best way to study? Is it different if you choose subjects that are factual based? Is it different for boys and girls, young or old?

Huge questions arose, to which I had no answers. Until I asked further ...

Studying smart not hard is knowing how your brain works. How does it process information, how it imprints it on the memory banks and then how it recalls the information? The big issue is how quickly the brain can do this.

Our brains are a photographic instrument. Research has shown we have an infinite amount of cells to cope with all the new information we receive, for ever. You never lose the information, it is always there.

Banging your head, pollution, poor food, high stress, poor sleep ... all of these we are told removes brain cells. Even if that occurred, we have so many it doesn't matter...

You can't empty the Pacific Ocean with a cup; you have the same chances of depleting enough brain cells daily to make a difference in your brain power.




Become Smarter ...

So... If we have the brain cells we need, our brains are a photographic memory, why can't we recall certain facts when it comes to an exam, assignment or homework?

Simple ... our brains are not taught to study smart. We are told to study hard by our teachers. The stresses increase and then our brain power decreases.

Studying smart requires you...

  • to have low stress
  • to have good health
  • to imprint information on the brain easily
  • to train the brain to recall easily

Having good health, high energy and low stress is an ideal way to make student life better. Study is easier and simple to do, exams are performed better and student life is more fun.

There are simple techniques to help students and stress reduction is an essential part of them. Techniques that address all the ways to lower stress, be healthy and improve brain power. Stresses for a Student and stress in general are high today; learning to lower them will help in all areas of student life...
