Stress can become a serious health problem and a very large work related incident. As a result we need to identify when our stress levels are becoming too high to be dealt with from a stress management perspective and when medical intervention is necessary.

Work stresses need to be addressed for your own sanity, but also the sanity of your family and work mates. A life without stress means good health, good longevity and an enjoyable working environment.
